Life for “Little Miss Nia Ashlyn Dossett” began on September 19, 2006 to her parents: Keri Dossett and Bryan Howard in Arlington, Texas. On November 10, 2013, God decided to release Nia from her parents, and called His little angel to her heavenly home.

Nia was a first grade student at Norton Park Elementary School. She was the light of her mother’s world. She was full of life, love, smiles, and giggles. She loved the sounds of ringtones. Nia’s favorite colors were purple and pink. She was known for being a fashion princess with her clothes, shoes and dazzling earrings. She loved getting pampered with manicures and pedicures from her cousin Jocelon. Nia liked grabbing your fingers only to bite them. She enjoyed listening to her music and singing along in her own way. She was very attentive when someone was reading her a book.

As you can see, Nia was very girly! Her presence always filled the room with joy. She was truly a special gift from God!

Nia leaves to cherish her memories, her loving parents, Keri Patrice Dossett and Bryan Howard; grandmothers, Tia Pointer and Wanda Howard; grandfather, Bill Howard; great-grandparents, Princella Pointer, Earl Pointer, Maxine Dossett, and Joe Dossett; and an extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Homegoing Service will be held Friday, November 15, 2013, 1 PM at Destiny Metropolitan Worship Church, 1775 Water Place Atlanta, GA 30339. Dr. Bryan E. Crute, Pastor. Public viewing will be held from 12 Noon until the hour of service. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 12:30 PM on the day of service.
